Tour Highlights

5 day tour from Casablanca to Fez visiting the impressive Mosque of Hassan II, second largest mosque in the world after Mecca. Following our journey onto the elegant capital of Rabat to discover its arabic monuments dating back to the Almohad and Merenid dynasties. We will also visit the old imperial city of Meknes and the Roman ruins of Volubilis named an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Finally, we will end our journey discovering the inner secrets of the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco Fez. We will learn why it’s institutions and libraries are renowned worldwide. Walk through the narrow streets and alleyways discovering Morocco like a true native do not miss out on historic khans, medresses and palaces.

Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: CASABLANCA

Welcome to Morocco!

On your first day you will have the day free to settle in and arrive at your own comfort time.

Also, you will be able to explore your surroundings. The tour guide will let you know about the itinerary details for the next couple of days.

Note: Hotel rooms are available after midday for check-in.
DAY 2: CASABLANCA - RABAT - MEKNES

In Casablanca you will get the opportunity to visit the impressive Mosque of Hassan II, which is the second largest mosque in size after Mecca.

Later we will drive you to Rabat, the first imperial city known in Morocco, which is now a modern elegant capital containing various Arab building architecture some which date back to the Almohad and Merenid dynasties.

We will also visit the first known settlement in Sala known as the Chellah, where there are vast minaret of the Hassan Mosque and we can adventure into the Kasbah des Oudaias before driving to Meknes in the afternoon.
DAY 3: MEKNES - VOLUBILIS - FEZ

In the morning we will discover the streets of Meknes with its old medina. We will also visit the main gate Bab Berdaine walking through the imperial city.

We will also visit a religious school called Bou Inania Medresse with its historical and cultural value of Moroccan traditions. Similarly, we will also visit an old souk before heading towards Volubilis, known as an ancient Roman capital in Morocco, which was names UNESCO World Heritage.

In addition, we will also explore public buildings, arabic monuments and the House of Orpheus to observe the Moroccan mosaic design floors before continuing to the spiritual city of Fez.
DAY 4: FEZ

Fez is the cultural heart of Morocco being a noisy, overwhelming and vibrant place that will assault all your senses indulging you into original Moroccan culture. This city is made up of three different areas. You will be based in the elegant ‘Nouveau Ville’ or better known as the New City.

We will walk towards Fes el Bali known as the old city of Fez full of historical monuments, cultural and educational centres. Its institutions and libraries are renowned worldwide, as they date back to early traces of manuscripts.

Explore the streets with a local and imagine yourself being immersed in the Middle Ages spending the day exploring the old city, Belghazi Museum , Medresse el Attarine and Funduk Nejjarine.

You will return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
DAY 5: FEZ

Your adventure ends here. You will have breakfast and your check-out time will normally be 12:00 o´clock noon time but you are free to leave anytime.

We will transfer you to the airport if you have booked a private transfer with us.
